营养液中添加低浓度氯化钠对大白菜生长的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Low Concentration Sodium Chloride on Growth of Brassica campestris L. ssp. pekinensis(Lour)Olsson in Nutrient Solution

摘要 为了研究营养液中添加低浓度氯化钠对大白菜生长的影响,该试验设置0~20mmol·L^(-1) 5个浓度梯度的NaCl作浸种处理,对大白菜种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数及生长指标进行测定;设置0~25mmol·L^(-1) 6个浓度梯度的NaCl营养液进行处理,对大白菜的生长指标和品质指标进行测定。结果表明:在种子萌发试验中,10mmol·L^(-1)的NaCl处理较好,大白菜种子发芽率、根长、茎长、总鲜质量分别比CK提高了3.58%、23.64%、13.88%、33.48%;在营养液栽培试验中,10mmol·L^(-1)的NaCl处理大白菜幼苗生长效果较好,其根长增加量、茎长增加量、鲜质量增加量分别比CK提高了53.96、39.87、97.39个百分点。抗坏血酸和可溶性糖含量随NaCl浓度的增加而呈先上升后下降的趋势,其中10mmol·L^(-1)处理抗坏血酸和可溶性糖含量最高,分别比CK提高了22.24%和46.44%。纤维素含量在6.25~6.80mg·g-1,随NaCl浓度增加差异不显著。NaCl浓度5mmol·L^(-1)处理的大白菜可溶性蛋白质含量最高。5~10mmol·L^(-1) NaCl溶液浸种不影响大白菜种子发芽及幼苗生长;在营养液栽培中加入5~15mmol·L^(-1) NaCl不影响大白菜幼苗的生长及大白菜的品质。 To study the effect of low concentration of sodium chloride in nutrient solution on the growth of Brassica campestris,two experiment stages had been set:the seed germination test,five concentration gradients(0-20 mmol·L^-1)of NaCl were set in soaking treatment.The germination rate,germination index,vigor index and growth index of cabbage were measured;the cultivation test of Brassica campestris in nutrient solution,six concentrations(0-25 mmol·L^-1)of NaCl in the nutrient solution were set up in treatments,the growth index and quality index of cabbage were measured.The results showed that in the seed germination test,10 mmol·L^-1 NaCl treatment was better.The germination rate,root length,stem length and total fresh weight of cabbage were 3.58%,23.64%,13.88%,33.48% higher than CK respectively;in the nutrient solution cultivation experiment,10 mmol·L^-1 NaCl treatment of Brassica campestris seedling growth was better.The increase of root length,stem length and fresh weight were 53.96,39.87,97.39 percent points.The contents of vitamin C and soluble sugar were increased by 22.24% and 46.44%,respectively.The contents of vitamin C and soluble sugar increased first and then decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration,the highest group was 10 mmol·L^-1 treatment.The cellulose content were 6.25-6.80 mg·g-1,with the increase of NaCl concentration,the difference was not significant.The soluble protein content of Brassica campestris was the highest in 5 mmol·L^-1 treatment of NaCl.From the test results could be concluded,5-10 mmol·L^-1 NaCl solution could not inhibit the seed germination rate and seedling growth;the addition of 5-15 mmol·L^-1 NaCl could not inhibit the growth of Brassica campestris seedlings and the quality of Brassica campestris.
