摘要
以64份红掌种质的佛焰苞为试材,采用色差仪法,研究了L*、a*、b*值对红掌花色的影响,以期对64份红掌进行初步的分类,为红掌花色育种提供参考。结果表明:红掌佛焰苞上表面和下表面的L*、a*、b*值分别呈正相关,但上表面变幅大于下表面,因此利用上表面花色代表红掌佛焰苞花色。聚类分析将红掌花色分为7个色系:红色、橙色、粉色、棕色、淡粉色、白色、绿色,并整理了相关参数分布范围。进一步对其分布特点分析,发现颜色变化范围较大,且红色品种居多,而棕色、绿色为较为稀缺品种,但尚无蓝色、纯紫色、纯黄色等品种。
In order to study on the flower color classification and provide some reference for breeding in anthurium,the spathe of 64 anthurium accessions were used as samples,the flower color was studied basing on the influence of the values L*,a*and b*by colorimeter.The results showed that the values of L*,a*,b*were positively correlated with each other on both the adaxial side and the abaxial side of the anthurium spathe.The flower color of anthurium was clustered into 7 different groups,including red,orange,pink,brown,light pink,white and green.The distribution range of flower color parameters in each group was defined.Based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics,and found that the flower color had a larger range of variation,and the red varieties was in the majority,while the brown and green varieties were scarcity,but the blue,pure purple and pure yellow varieties were none.The research would provide some reference for breeding in anthurium flower color.
