摘要
为开发和鉴定鸭品种特异性分子标记,试验选取樱桃谷鸭、北京鸭、枫叶鸭、金定鸭、绍兴鸭、山麻鸭、高邮鸭7个群体共56只鸭通过Illumina Hi Seq 2500平台进行了重测序,筛选出686个存在于特定群体中的单核苷酸多态性突变(SNP)和插入缺失标记(INDEL),并随机选取了7个SNP位点进行PCR验证,结果完全符合预期,说明通过二代测序筛选出的特异性SNP可以作为鸭品种鉴定的分子标记。
With the aim to obtain the duck specific molecular markers,we carried out a large-scale genome single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) screening using next generation sequencing data,which performed by Illumina Hi Seq 2500 platform and covered 56 individuals from 7 duck breeds(Maple leaf duck,Cherry valley ducks,Beijing duck,Jingding duck,Shanma duck,Gaoyou duck,Shaoxing duck).A total of 686 SNPs and INDELs was detected in the present study,then 7 SNPs was randomly selected to PCR verification,the results was as expected.It was proved that the specific SNP in this study could be used as a reliable molecular marker for duck breed identification.
