Research Progress on Freezing Technology of Goose Semen Technique

鹅精液冷冻技术将使人工授精技术不再受时间和空间的限制,对促进鹅精液采集和人工授精技术发展至关重要。精液冷冻技术中的关键技术如果能成熟应用,可加快解决制约我国养鹅业发展育种落后和繁殖率低等瓶颈问题,提高鹅产业的经济效益。文章针对精液采集、精液品质、冷冻保护稀释液和冷冻方法等关键技术研究进展进行综述。

Cryoreservation technique will enable the artificial insemination technology unrestricted by time and space to promote the development of goose semen collection and artificial insemination technique plays an important role.If the key technique of semen cryopreservation can be applied maturely,it can speed up the solution to the bottleneck problem that restricts the development of goose industry in China,such as backward breeding and low reproductive rate.It has great significance to improve the economic benefits of goose industry.In this paper,the research progress of semen collection,semen quality,cryopreservation diluent and cryopreservation technique in goose semen cryopreservation technology was reviewed.
