透明细胞汗腺瘤8例临床病理分析

Clinical and pathological analysis of eight patients with clear cell hidradenoma

对8例经组织病理确诊为透明细胞汗腺瘤的患者的临床表现、组织病理学特点、治疗和预后进行回顾性分析。8例透明细胞汗腺瘤中男3例,女5例。病变主要位于头面部,形态为圆形或椭圆形的结节,呈皮色、淡红色等,无明显自觉症状。组织病理检查显示瘤体主要由两种细胞构成:大的透明细胞和嗜碱性多角形小细胞。免疫组化染色肿瘤细胞主要表达上皮源性标记。8例患者均给予手术切除。

The clinical manifestations,histopathological and immunohistochemical features,treatment and prognosis were retrospectively reviewed in 8 patients with clear cell hidradenoma. Of eight patients,there were3 males and 5 females. The lesions were mainly on head and face. The common lesions were skin-colored or light red nodules,with no obvious subjective symptoms in all cases. Biopsy revealed that the tumor was composed of two types of cells： larger clear cells and smaller basophilic polyhedral cells. Immunohistochemical staining revealed that the tumor cells were positive for epithelial markers. The lesions were removed in all patients.
