基于预防接种信息管理系统的儿童第二类疫苗接种率评价

Evaluation of immunization coverage of category 2 vaccines by using Children Immunization Information Management System

目的应用儿童预防接种信息管理系统对第二类疫苗接种率进行评价,为提高第二类疫苗接种率对策的制定提供依据。方法选取宁波市海曙区集仕港镇儿童预防接种信息管理系统客户端在册管理的2010年1月1日-2015年12月31日出生的儿童作为调查对象,对其6种第二类疫苗接种率进行分析。结果海曙区集仕港镇在册管理的1~6岁儿童7 339人,6种第二类疫苗的接种率为7.82%~92.03%,多剂次免疫程序的第二类疫苗全程接种率为0.20%~74.09%。1岁组、2岁组、3岁组、4岁组、5岁组和6岁组之间6种第二类疫苗的接种率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);本地户籍儿童和外地户籍儿童的第二类疫苗接种率比较,除水痘减毒活疫苗外,其他5种疫苗接种率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),水痘减毒活疫苗、b型流感嗜血杆菌疫苗、口服轮状病毒活疫苗、肺炎球菌结合疫苗4种疫苗全程接种率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论海曙区集仕港镇儿童除水痘减毒活疫苗接种率较高外,其余5种第二类疫苗接种率仍处于较低水平,须开展第二类疫苗预防接种健康教育和查漏补种活动。

Objective To analyze the immunization coverage of category 2 vaccines by using Children Immunization Information Management System（ CIIMS）,provide a reference for improving the coverage of category 2 vaccination. Methods In the Jishigang town of Haishu district,children who were born between January 1,2010 and December 31,2015 and on the CIIMS were selected as the research object. Six kinds of category 2 vaccines routinely used at outpatient were analyzed. Results There were 7339 children aged 1 ~ 6 years old in the Jishigang town. The coverage rates of the six category 2 vaccines were between 7. 82% and 92. 03%. Whole course vaccination rates of category 2 vaccines with multi dose immunization program were between 0. 20% and 74. 09%. The inoculation rates of six category 2 vaccines in different age groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the category 2 vaccination rates of migrant children and local children,the vaccination rates of the other 5 vaccines except varicella vaccine were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）,and there was significant difference in whole course vaccination rates of 4 kinds vaccines which were varicella vaccine,haemophilusinfluenze type b vaccine,rotavirus vaccine,pneumo coccal conjugate vaccine of multi dose vaccines（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions In addition to the high vaccination rate of varicella vaccine in Jishigang town,the inoculation rate of the other 5 kinds of category 2 vaccines are still at a low level. Departments need to carry out health education and timely vaccination activities of category 2 vaccines to improve the vaccination rate of category 2 vaccines.
