感染科鲍曼不动杆菌感染的危险因素分析及护理对策

Analysis of risk factors and nursing countermeasures of Acinetobacter baumannii infection in infectious disease department

目的调查分析感染科鲍曼不动杆菌感染的危险因素,制定有针对性的护理对策预防感染。方法对2016年1-12月在恩泽医院感染科住院的所有患者进行医院感染监测,调查鲍曼不动杆菌医院感染率,分析鲍曼不动杆菌感染的危险因素,实施相应的护理对策。结果研究共监测1 678例感染科患者,发生鲍曼不动杆菌感染46例,感染率为2.74%。鲍曼不动杆菌危险因素的单因素分析显示:侵入性操作、住院时间、激素治疗、广谱抗菌药物治疗、合并糖尿病是感染科鲍曼不动杆菌感染的危险因素。鲍曼不动杆菌感染危险因素的Logistic回归分析显示:侵入性操作、住院时间和广谱抗菌药物治疗是鲍曼不动杆菌感染的独立危险因素。结论侵入性操作、住院时间和广谱抗菌药物治疗是感染科鲍曼不动杆菌感染的危险因素,针对危险因素实施护理,预防鲍曼不动杆菌感染。

Objective To investigate and analyze the risk factors of Acinetobacter baumannii infection,formulate targeted nursing measures to prevent infection in infectious disease department. Methods From January to December in 2016,the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in infectious disease department was monitored to analyze the risk factors of Acinetobacter baumannii infection and implement the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Results One thousand six hundred and seventy-eight cases of patients were monitored,46 cases of Bauman Acinetobacter infection,the infection rate was 2.74%. The single factor analysis showed that the risk factors of invasive operation,hospital stays,antibiotic therapy,diabetes were the risk factors of Acinetobacter baumannii infection. Logistic regression analysis showed that the invasive operation,hospitalization time and broad-spectrum antibiotic therapy were the independent risk factors of Acinetobacter baumannii infection. Conclusion Invasive operation,hospital stays and broad-spectrum antimicrobial therapy are risk factors of Acinetobacter Bauman infection,and nursing care laying down according to risk factors should be carried out to prevent Acinetobacter Bauman infection.
