某薄壁筒形壳体组合焊接检测技术 被引量:1

Combination Welding Inspection Technology for Cylindrical Thin-walled Shell Welding

摘要 文章从过程控制、焊缝检验、尺寸检验三方面入手,摸索了某薄壁筒形壳体组合焊接检测逐点控制、全程跟踪的方法,既控制了关键质量环节,又监控了过程参数。总结出了角度、对称度、错位量的检测方法,设计制造了焊缝余高、焊角尺寸、圆度等检测量具,实现了该型壳体组合焊接的方便、快捷、准确检验。 The groped for point control, the tracking method were explored from three aspects of process control, welding inspection and dimension inspection. It not only controls the key quality links, but also monitors the process parameters. The angle, symmetry and misalignment inspection methods were summed up. The weld residual height, the welding angle size and roundness inspection measuring tools were designed and manufactured. The combination shell welding of convenient, quick and accurate inspection were realized.
