机械离心式转速敏感元件的运用及调试方法

摘要 本文通过对机械离心式转速敏感元件的工作特性研究,利用元件特性的不均匀性调节其初始位置,再由校准弹簧调节至平衡位置,改变离心飞重飞重块达到所需位置时打开角度的不同,改变其一系列其余属性,如性能曲线、加速迟滞性能等,以改善调节器性能。 The working characteristics of mechanical centrifugal speed sensitive element were researched. The initial position was adjusted by using the in homogeneity of component characteristics and the balance position was adjusted by the calibration spring. The different angles were opened with changing the centrifugal flying block to the desired position to improve the performance of the regulator, a series of other properties, such as performance curve, acceleration hysteresis performance and so on.
