航空电源控制器筛选自动测控系统的设计

Design on Automatic Testing and Controlling System of Aviation Power Supply Director Screening Test

摘要 为了解决目前筛选试验台自动化程度低、极易出错的问题,采用NI Lab VIEW软件编程控制外接程控电源,设计了某航空电源控制器筛选自动测控系统。该系统降低了工作强度,提高了单台产品的试验效率,有效解决了直流航空电源控制器开环筛选试验中存在的激磁电流难以稳定实时调节的问题。 The software NI Lab VIEW is used to control the external programmable power supply to design the automatic testing and controlling system of aviation power supply director screening test. The efficiency of each product was improved. It solves the problem that the exciting current is difficult to adjust in real time in the open loop screening test of DC aviation power controller.
