摘要
为探讨胁迫条件下幼苗生长及生理特性的影响,本研究以一年生蓝盆花幼苗为试验材料,利用不同NaCl浓度溶液对幼苗进行处理,结果表明:NaCl浓度低于0.30%时,蓝盆花幼苗可正常进行生长,高于此浓度时,随着胁迫时间的延长,幼苗叶片开始出现受害症状;在0.30%NaCl胁迫下,叶片细胞膜透性显著升高,且随着胁迫浓度的升高,细胞膜透性升高幅度不断加大;叶片中MDA含量、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量在NaCl浓度为0.30%时均达最大值,随着浓度升高其含量逐渐降低;叶绿素含量和Chl a/b随着浓度升高呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,而类胡萝卜素含量呈先降低后升高的变化。本研究显示蓝盆花幼苗在含盐量小于0.30%的土壤上可正常生长,超过该浓度幼苗生长及生理特性会受到显著影响,因此适于蓝盆花幼苗生长的NaCl浓度大约为0.30%。本研究为盐渍地区蓝盆花引种栽培提供参考依据。
To explore the effects on growth and physiological characteristics of seedlings under stress conditions,one-year-old Scabiosa tschiliensis seedling was used as experiment material and treated by different concentrations of NaCl solution.The results showed that when NaCl concentration was less than 0.30%,Scabiosa tschiliensis seedling could grow normally.At the above level,the leaves of the seedling began to appear suffering symptoms with the extension of stress time.Under 0.30% NaCl stress,the cell membrane permeability of Scabiosa tschiliensis leaves significantly increased,and with the increase of treatment concentration,the cell membrane permeability increased greatly.When NaCl concentration was 0.30%,the content of MDA,soluble protein and soluble sugar in leaves were the highest,while the content gradually reduced with the increase of concentration.The contents of chlorophyll and Chl a/b first increased and then decreased with the increase of the concentration,while the content of carotenoids first decreased and then increased.The study showed that the seedlings of Scabiosa tschiliensis could grow normally in soil with less than 0.30% salt content,otherwise the growth and physiological characteristics of seedlings would be significantly affected.Therefore,the suitable NaCl concentration for the growth of Scabiosa tschiliensis seedlings was about 0.30%.This experiment could provide the reference for the introduction and cultivation of Scabiosa tschiliensis in salted areas.
