摘要
近年来,随着分子生物学技术的不断进步,兰科植物在分子方面的研究也得到迅速发展。分子标记不仅为快速鉴别兰花提供新依据,而且在研究兰花的遗传多样性、亲缘关系及种质资源等方面发挥着重要作用。兰花的花型奇特且高度特化,花色丰富,是研究基因遗传调控与花形态建成的理想材料。鉴于此,本综述主要从分子标记和功能基因两个方面,对兰花的分子生物学研究进展进行综述,并对目前该领域需解决的问题进行探讨,以期为加快分子生物学技术在兰花研究中的应用提供理论依据。
In recent years,with the continuous progress of molecular biology technology,the research of Orchidaceae in molecule has also been rapidly developed.Molecular markers not only provide a new basis for the rapid identification of orchids,but also play an important role in studying the genetic diversity,genetic relationship and germplasm resources of orchids.Orchid flower is peculiar,highly specialized and rich in color,which is the ideal material for the research on gene genetic regulation and flower morphogenesis.In view of this,this article mainly reviewed the molecular biology research progress of orchids from two aspects of molecular markers and functional genes,and discussed the problems to be solved in this field in order to provide a theoretical basis for accelerating the application of molecular biology techniques in orchid research.
