原发性失眠患者认知功能损害及心理状况的临床分析

Clinical analysis of cognitive impairment and psychological status in patients with primary insomnia

目的分析原发性失眠症患者的认知功能损害及心理状况。方法选择2015年5月~2016年5月我院收治原发性失眠(PI)患者50例为PI组,选取健康者45例为对照组,分析其临床认知功能损害及心理状况。结果 PI组患者在90项症状清单(SCL-90)评分中8个因子(除强迫症状分外)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。PI组在韦氏记忆测验的各项成绩(除正确应答数外)均差于对照组(P<0.05)。PI组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)与病程等四个临床因素相关分析表明SDS与PSQI、SAS评分成正相关(P<0.05)。结论 PI患者存在明显的认知功能损害,PSQI、SAS与SDS级别为中度和重度,病程的长短及焦虑抑郁情绪均能够损害患者认知功能与心理状态。

Objective To analyze the cognitive impairment and psychological status of patients with primary insomnia（PI）. Methods 50 patients with PI treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as PI group,45 healthy people were selected as the control group,and their clinical cognitive impairment and psychological status were analyzed. Results The score of 90 symptom lists（SCL-90）（except for obsessive-compulsive symptoms）in the PI group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The Wechsler memory test results（except for the correct number of responses）in PI group were worse than the control group（P〈0.05）. The correlation analysis indicated that SDS was positively correlated with PSQI and SAS scores（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PI patients have significant cognitive impairment,PSQI,SAS and SDS levels were moderate and severe,the duration of the disease and anxiety and depression can damage the patient＇s cognitive function and mental state.
