摘要
目的研究曼陀罗绘画治疗方法对自闭症儿童的干预效果;就曼陀罗形式对自闭症儿童的特殊作用机制进行理论探讨。方法把46名自闭症儿童分为实验组(23人)和对照组(23人),实施持续6个月的治疗。其间两组儿童均由自闭症学校按原计划进行康复训练,实验组同时接受曼陀罗绘画治疗,对照组不接受该绘画治疗。治疗前后运用中文版的《心理教育评估量表(第三版)》(PEP-3)中的发展及行为副测验进行评分,并对结果进行描述和分析比较。结果两组治疗前后在PEP-3的五个变量的组间差异均非常显著(P<0.01),在大肌肉等三个变量的组间差异显著(P<0.05),在社交互动等两个变量的组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论曼陀罗绘画能促进自闭症儿童整体心理和行为能力的改善,其治愈功能具有理论上的合理性和实践中的有效性。
Objectives To conduct intervention study on the cure functions of mandala drawing therapy on autistic children. To conduct theoretical discussion on the special mechanism of action that Mandala form works with for autistic children. Methods 63 autistic children are divided into an experimental group(23 children)and a control group(23 children). The experimental group accepts 6-month Mandala drawing therapy while no intervention is done to the control group. The PEP-3 are used for scoring,and the results will be analyzed and compared. Results After treatment,the five variables in the PEP-3 in the two groups were significantly different compared with those before therapy(P〈0.01);There was significant difference between the three variables such as big muscle(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference between the two variables in social interaction(P〈0.05). Conclusion The cure functions of mandala drawing for autistic children have both theoretical reasonability and practical effectiveness.
