产褥期抑郁症的影响因素分析及心理健康干预的效果

Analysis of the influencing factors of puerperal depression and the effect of psychological health intervention

目的探讨影响产褥期抑郁症的危险因素,以及心理健康干预对产褥期抑郁症的疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月于我院就诊的产褥期妇女200例,根据是否有抑郁症分为均分为观察组(n=100)与对照组(n=100);观察组100例产妇再随机分为给予常规治疗和护理的常规观察组(50例)和予心理健康干预的心理干预组(50例),对比干预效果差异。结果 Logistic回归表明夫妻感情不好、意外怀孕、剖宫产、产后并发症多是产褥期抑郁症的主要危险因素(P<0.05),干预后心理干预组的抑郁焦虑情绪评分显著低于常规观察组(P<0.05)。结论夫妻感情不好、意外怀孕、剖宫产、产后并发症多是产褥期抑郁症的主要危险因素,及时予以系统心理健康干预可以有效缓解产褥期抑郁情绪。

Objective To anlyze the risk factors of puerperal depression and the effect of psychological health intervention on it. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital 200 cases of puerperal women were selected for this research. According to whether complicated with depression or not all the patients were divided into observation group（complicated with depression,n=100）and control group（no depression,n=100）. Then the patients in the observation group were divided into the psychological intervention group who were given psychological health intervention and the conventional observation group who were the routine treatment the effect were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results Logistic regression showed that the bad relationship between husband and wife,unexpected pregnancy,cesarean section and postpartum complications were the main risk factors of puerperal depression（P〈0.05）,and after intervention,the scores of depression and anxiety in the psychological intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bad relationship between husband and wife,unexpected pregnancy,cesarean section and postpartum complications were the main risk factors of puerperal depression,and psychological health intervention is effective on it.
