基于ESI和Incites分析河北省进入ESI排行高校的科研竞争力

Analysis on Research Competitiveness of Hebei's Universities Based on ESI and In Cites

在"双一流"建设背景下,全国各地根据省、自治区、直辖市实际情况纷纷推出相应一流大学、一流学科建设方案,作为重要衡量指标之一的科研竞争力的分析对制定决策具有重要的指导意义。文章以ESI和In Cites数据库为数据源,对河北省进入ESI学科排行的7所高校的科研竞争力进行分析,主要从科研生产力、科研创新力、科研影响力及科研发展力4个方面入手,分别采用不同的指标参数,对这些高校科研竞争力进行了全面分析,并得出河北省科研生产力较好且增长趋势不错、科研创新力及发展力相对较弱、科研影响力不高的结论。河北省整体科研竞争力较弱,还需多方共同努力、协同发展、制定提高科研竞争力的有力措施。

Under the background of the ＂Double First-Class＂ construction, according to the actual situation of province, most provinces have launched a corresponding ＂Double First-Class＂ construction schemes. Scientific research competitiveness, as one of the important measuring indicators, has an important guiding significance for decision making.Taking ESI and In Cites database as the data source, this paper analyzed the research competitiveness of 7 universities in Hebei province which ranking in ESI, mainly from four aspects of scientific research, such as scientific research innovation, productivity research and research development of influence force, and drew that research productivity and growth trend were good, while scientific research innovation and development ability were relatively weak with less influence. Hebei＇s overall competitiveness of scientific research is weak, and need a series of measures with joint efforts and collaborative development.
