成都电网调度安全与风险防范措施分析

Analysis of Dispatching Safety and Risk Countermeasures for Chengdu Power Grid

成都作为西部中心城市,保障安全稳定供电具有极其中重要的意义。随着社会各领域快速发展,对电力能源需求量日渐增加,在很大程度上增加了电力调度工作难度。受诸多因素影响,电力调度在电网运行过程中面临安全风险。以成都电网为研究对象,从电网分区运行现状、运行风险分布、调度优质服务、无功电压及配电网方式调整等方面出发,分析了电网调度安全面临的挑战和存在的问题,提出了改进措施和防范对策。

As a central city in Western China,Chengdu plays a very important role in ensuring the safety and stability of power supply. With the rapid development of various fields of society,the demand for electricity and energy is increasing day by day,which greatly increases the difficulty of power dispatching. Influenced by many factors,power dispatching is confronted with security risk during the operation of power grid. Taking Chengdu power grid as the study object,this paper analyzes the challenges and problems existing in the safety of power grid dispatching,such as subarea division,risk distribution,excellent service,reactive power and voltage balance,adjustment of operation mode in distribution network. Finally,improvement measures and countermeasures are proposed.
