Explanation of the experts consensus on diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal leukoplakia

摘要 一、本共识产生的背景 喉白斑（laryngeal leukoplakia）是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的常见病多发病,尽管国内外相关的研究报道较多,但在临床诊治过程中仍存在诸多不规范问题和争议点,如诊断名称、病理分类方法、辅助检查、活组织检查（活检）时机、外科干预适应证、手术方式、随访策略等缺乏共识.仅有的几篇关于喉白斑或喉不典型增生（laryngeal dysplasia）的国外共识草案也不够全面[1-3],其中有一些理念和观点与国内学者的意见有冲突.
