摘要 为解决燃气场站测控系统以太网故障导致数据传输中断的问题,提出了一种基于以太网和通用分组无线业务(GPRS)冗余通信的燃气场站测控系统。系统由现场电气设备、下位机及上位机构成。采用STM32为主控芯片的下位机采集现场电气设备数据,并发送至以WINCC监控软件为主的上位机。上位机根据末端用气量发送指令至下位机以调整出口压力值。数据传输方式以有线以太网为主,无线GPRS为冗余。测试结果表明:测控系统实现了对现场电气设备的远程实时监控,并在以太网故障时,GPRS无线可以快速(100 ms)介入传输过程,保证了数据的不间断传输,进一步提升了系统的可靠性和稳定性。 In order to solve the problem of data transmission interruption caused by Ethernet fault of gas station monitoring and control system, a gas station measurement and control system based on Ethernet and GPRS redundant communication is presented. The system consists of three parts, site electrical apparatus, the lower computer and the host computer. The lower computer uses STM32 as main control chip collects data of site electrical apparatus, and send them to the host computer formed by WINCC monitoring software. The host computer transmits instruction to the lower computer according to terminal gas consumption to adjust the outlet pressure value. The data transmission mode is mainly wired by Ethernet, and wireless GPRS as redundancy. The test results show that the system realizes real-time remote monitoring of site electrical apparatus, GPRS can quickly (100ms) intervene the transmission process while Ethernet failed,which ensure uninterrupted transmission of data, enhances reliability and stability of the system.
