摘要
目的研究华重楼[Paris polyphylla Smith var.chinensis(Franch.)Hara]地上部分的化学成分。方法利用HPD100大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及半制备型高效液相色谱等多种方法对华重楼地上部分体积分数75%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从华重楼地上部分分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:corchionoside C(1),β-蜕皮甾酮(2),coronatasterone(3),山柰酚3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(4),紫云英苷(5),异鼠李素3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),山柰酚3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(l→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(7),异鼠李素3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(l→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(8),山柰酚3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9),异鼠李素3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖-(l→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)和异鼠李素-3-O-龙胆双糖苷(11)。结论化合物1,3~11为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1,3~5和8~10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified from the 75% ethanol extract by chromatography on HPD100 macroporous resin,silica gel,and Sephadex LH-20 as well as semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as corchionoside C( 1),β-ecdysterone( 2),coronatasterone( 3),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside( 4),astragalin( 5),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 6),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-( l→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside( 7),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-( l→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside( 8),kaempferol-3-O-β-Dglucopyranosyl-( l→ 2)-β-D-glucopyranoside( 9),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-( l → 6)-β-D-glucopyranoside( 10),and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-gentiobioside( 11). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 and 3-11 are isolated from this plant for the first time and compounds 1,3-5 and 8-10 are isolated from Paris plants for the first time.
