Analysis of the Sini Decoction(四逆汤) and the Series Decoctions Based on the Model of “Typical-atypical-change”

为探讨经方四逆汤及其类方在原著中的应用思路,拓展经方现代应用范围,引用"典型-非典型-变化"模式进行分析。四逆汤典型应用为少阴病寒化证,见四肢厥逆之阳衰阴盛征象,现代医学角度为低血容量性休克。非典型应用为未见厥逆,但见"下利清谷"防四逆于未然,或见"脉沉者"急温之,均可用四逆汤。白通汤、通脉四逆汤、茯苓四逆汤、真武汤等则为四逆汤之变化应用。

In order to explore the application ideas of classical prescription Sini Decoction（四逆汤） and its series decoctions in the original work,expand the modern application scope of the prescription,the ＂typical-atypicalchange＂model was cited for analysis. The typical application of Sini Decoction is the cold syndrome of Shaoyin disease,which was seen in the syndrome of deadly cold four limbs with yang deficiency due to yin excess. It was hypovolemic shock in the modern medicine. Atypical application was not seen in deadly cold,but seen ＂diarrhea with undigested food in the stool＂for prevention with Sini Decoction,or seen the ＂deep pulse＂need warmth. Baitong Decoction（白通汤）,Tongmai Sini Decoction（通脉四逆汤）,Fuling Sini Decoction（茯苓四逆汤）,Zhenwu Decoction（真武汤）,etc. were the modified application of Sini Decoction.
