云南省789例淋巴瘤的构成分析

Composition analysis of 789 cases of lymphoma in Yunnan province

目的了解云南省淋巴瘤的病理类型构成特点。方法回顾性分析昆明金域检验所病理科诊断的淋巴瘤患者的资料。结果 789例淋巴瘤患者中,男女比为1.4∶1,发病年龄1~87岁,中位年龄47岁。非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)746例(94.6%),其中,B细胞NHL(B-NHL)617例(82.7%),以弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤为最常见的亚型(400例,64.8%),T/NK细胞NHL(T/NK-NHL)129例(17.3%),以结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤-鼻型最常见(39例,30.2%);霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)43例(5.4%),以淋巴细胞丰富型和混合细胞型为主。NHL淋巴结起病者占46.0%,最常见的部位为颈部及锁骨上淋巴结;结外占54.0%,常见部位为胃肠道、鼻咽部和软组织。结论云南地区的淋巴瘤在亚型构成上不同于国内外其他地区,具有自身的流行病学特点,可为淋巴瘤的基础研究提供依据。

Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of lymphoma in Yunnan Province. Methods The clinical data of lymphoma patients diagnosed by pathological department of Kunming Kingmed Diagnostics Group were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 789 patients with lymphoma, the M/F ratio was 1.4 ： 1, the age of onset was from 1 to 87 years old and the median age was 47 years old. Non- Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （NHL） accounted for 94.5% （746 cases）. In NHL, B-cell NHL （B-NHL） accounted for 82.7% （617 cases）, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma was the most common subtype （400 cases, 64.8%）. T/NK- cell NHL （T/NK-NHL） accounted for 17.3% （129 cases）, and the most common subtype of T/NK-cell NHL was extra-nodal NK/T-cell lymphoma-nasal （39 cases, 30.2%）. Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （HL） account for 5.5% （43 cases）, HL was dominated by lymphocyte-rich and mixed-cell types. NHL lymph node onset accounted for 46%, the most common site is the neck and supraclavicular lymph nodes. Extra nodal accounts for 54%, the common parts were the gastrointestinal tract, pharynx nasalis, and parenchyma.Conclusions The component of Lymphoma subtype in Yunnan region is different from other regions at home and abroad. It has its own epidemiological characteristics and can provide basis for basic research of lymphoma.
