Discussion on Standardizing the Use and Management of Torque Wrench for Harmony Type Locomotives Inspection and Repair

介绍扭矩扳手的分类及特点,分析目前在机车检修中存在的扭矩扳手检定不规范、使用不规范问题。从规范扭矩扳手的检定和周校、使用、保养,规范拆卸工具的选择等方面,探讨扭矩扳手规范管理的具体内容。提出推广应用智能化扭矩扳手、加强培训和考核、开展工艺写实工作的建议,以更好地提高和谐型机车的检修质量。

This Article introduces the classification and features of torque wrenches,analyzing non-standard problems existing in the verification and use of torque wrenches during locomotive inspection and repair. It discusses the specific contents of standardized torque wrench management in view of four aspects including to standardize the verification and weekly calibration of torque wrenches,the selection of disassembling tools,the use of torque wrenches and the maintenance of torque wrenches. It suggests to promote the application of intelligent torque wrenches,strengthen the training and assessment,make process records and so on,to better improve the inspection and repair quality of Harmony Type locomotives.
