大气环境含有一定水分,这些水分在空气压缩机工作时一并被压缩,产生的压缩空气中会含有水,这些压缩空气中的水会变成冷凝水。在标准工况下,如果吸气相对湿度为0,就不会产生冷凝水,但在容积流量实际测试时,一般很难满足标准工况。通过查阅相关标准和文献资料,阐述计入冷凝水的空气压缩机容积流量的修正计算过程,并且通过具体试验,验证计入冷凝水的空气压缩机容积流量修正计算方法的准确性。
The atmospheric environment contains a certain amount of water,which is compressed when the air compressor works,and the produced compressed air will contain water and produce condensate. Based on the standard working conditions,if the relative humidity of air admission is 0,there will be no condensation water. However,in the volume flow test,it′s generally difficult to meet the standard working conditions. The Article states the process of correction computation of air compressor volume flow included in condensate. Through a specific test,it verifies the accuracy in the method of correction computation of air compressor volume flow included in condensate.
