摘要 针对铁路站段下属部门众多、作业项目繁杂、安全管理人员相对有限造成的现场管理难题,提出一种"基于三角模糊数评判风险值—利用熵权法计算权重—消除不同管理人员判断主观性"的安全管理新思路。结合实际,提出铁路站场安全评价流程,应用熵权法和三角模糊数,进行铁路站场的安全评价验证。结果表明,所用安全评价方法应用于铁路站场,具有时效性好、精度高、客观性更强的优点,能够更好地解释所得到的结果,并由此指导重点盯控作业关键环节现场监管人员的合理调配,提升铁路安全管理质量及效率,降低安全风险。 With a view to problems such as numerous divisions subordinate to railway stations and depots, many and diverse operation items and relatively limited field management by safety management personnel,the Article proposes a new idea of safety management of "values at—risk based on triangular fuzzy number—weights calculated based on entropy weights—eliminating judgment subjectivity of different management personnel". In combination of practical situations,the Article proposes a railway yard safety evaluation process. It verifies the safety evaluation on railway yards by utilizing entropy weights and triangular fuzzy numbers. According to the results,the safety evaluation method used is applied to railway yards. It is excellent in timeliness,accuracy and objectivity. It can better explain the results obtained and thus instruct the rational allocation of field supervisors for key links in focused operations, improve the railway safety management quality and efficiency,thus lowering the safety risk.
