摘要
针对沪昆东线HX_D1型电力机车车轮踏面剥离故障明显高于SS_(3B)型电力机车的现象,从制动方式、持续速度、启动牵引力、气候状况、线路条件、石英砂颗粒度6个方面进行分析,重点阐述了气候状况、线路条件对粘着系数的影响。提出优化粘着控制程序、改变机砂颗粒度及撒砂方式、严格控制轮径差等解决措施。
Since the fault rate of HX_D1 electric locomotive wheel tread peeling is remarkably higher than that of SS_(3B) electric locomotive,the Article makes an analysis in view of such 6 aspects as brake mode,continuous speed,starting tractive force,climatic conditions,line conditions and quartz sand granularity,focusing on the influence of climatic conditions,line conditions on adhesion coefficient. It proposes solutions including to optimize the adhesion control procedure,change the quartz sand granularity and the sand spraying mode,as well as to strictly control wheel diameter difference,etc.
