微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果观察 被引量:3

Clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous fixation on treatment of limb fractures in a fixed and pressurized plate

摘要 目的:分析微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法:择取2015年5月~2016年5月我院收治的50例四肢骨折病患为研究对象,将其分为2组,每组25例。对照组接受传统钢板固定法完成治疗,观察组使用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗,分析病患临床治疗效果。结果:和对照组相比,观察组病患的治疗优良率更高,P〈0.05。观察组的平均手术时间以及术后恢复时间均较短,P〈0.05。治疗后,观察组无并发症出现,对照组中,关节僵硬者3例,静脉栓塞者2例。不良反应发生率为20.00%。P〈0.05。结论:对于四肢骨折病患,开展微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,可取得满意治疗效果,继而全面缩短病患恢复时间,可促进患者疾病转归,值得进一步在临床治疗中推广使用。 Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous fixation on the treatment of limb fractures. Methods: 50 patients with extremities fracture treated by our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the study subjects, and 2.5 eases were divided into 2 groups. The control group received the traditional plate fixation method to complete the treatment, and the observation group used the minimally invasive percutaneous locking pressure plate fixation treatment to analyze the clinical effect of the patient. Results: compared with the control group, the superior rate of treatment was higher in the observation group, P 〈 0.05. The average operation time of the observation group and the postoperative recovery time were shorter, P 〈 0.05. After treatment, there were no complications in the observation group, 3 cases in the control group, and 2 cases of venous embolization. The incidence of adverse reactions was 20.00%. ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: the patients with fracture of the limbs, to carry out treatment, minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation could achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect, and then a comprehensive shorten the patient recovery time, could promote patients disease outcome, and further used in clinical treatment.
