快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围手术期护理中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in perioperative nursing of spinal minimally invasive surgery

目的：探讨快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法：选择2015年6月-2017年6月期间我院收治的脊柱微创手术患者52例为研究对象，均分为对照组和观察组，分别应用常规护理和快速康复外科理念，对比分析2组患者术后疼痛评分、住院时间、满意度情况。结果：观察组的住院时间、术后疼痛低于对照组，症状改善、生活质量、依从性、满意度评分高于对照组，存在差异，统计学有意义（t=5．2134、4．5164、5．0214、5．2104、5．2106、5．6271，P〈0．05）。结论：快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围手术期护理中的应用效果非常显著，疼痛感降低，提高了满意度，值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in perioperative nursing of spinal minimally invasive surgery. Methods： in June 2015 - June 2017, our hospital during the period of 52 patients with minimally invasive spine surgery as the research object, were divided into control group and observation group, the application of conventional nursing and rapid rehabilitation surgery concept, compared two groups of patients with postoperative pain score, length of hospital stay, degree of satisfaction. Results： The hospitalization time and postoperative pain of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of symptom improvement, quality of life, compliance and satisfaction were higher than those of the control group, and there were significant differences （t =5.2134, 4.5164, 5.0214, 5.2104, 5.2106, 5.6271, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of spinal minimally invasive surgery was remarkable, and the pain was reduced and the satisfaction was improved.
