高盐饮食与超重肥胖对高血压罹患风险的联合作用 被引量:10

Combined effect of high salt diet and overweight obesity on the risk of hypertension

摘要 目的探讨南京市社区居民高盐饮食和超重肥胖对高血压罹患风险的联合作用。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,对35~74岁的居民进行调查。采用线性混合效应模型进行logistic回归分析高盐饮食、超重肥胖与高血压罹患风险之间的关系。结果调查共发现高血压患者503例,自报患病率为32.4%,高盐饮食与超重组高血压的罹患风险为非高盐饮食与体重正常组的2.95倍,而高盐饮食与肥胖组罹患高血压的风险为非高盐饮食与体重正常组的3.94倍。结论高盐饮食与超重、肥胖共存会显著增加高血压的患病风险,提示严格控制钠盐的摄入同时控制体重有利于高血压的预防。 [Objective]To investigate the combined effect of high salt diet and overweight obesity on the risk of hypertension among Nanjing community residents. [Methods] With multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling approach,the urban residents aged 35-74 years were recruited for investigation. Linear mixed-effects model was used for logistic regression analysis of relationship between high salt diet,overweight and obese and the risk of hypertension. [Results] A total of 503 cases of hypertension were identified,with self reported prevalence of 32.4%. The risk of hypertension in high salt diet and overweight group was 2.95 times of that in non-high-salt diet and normal weight group. The risk of hypertension in high-salt diet and obesity group was 3.94 times of that in non-high-salt diet and normal weight group. [Conclusion] The coexistence of a high-salt diet with overweight and obesity significantly increases the risk of hypertension,indicating that strict control of sodium intake and weight control are conducive to the prevention of hypertension.
