我国人口健康信息数据标准化进展

Progress of standardization of population health information data in China

本文对人口健康信息数据标准化研究与应用进展进行综述,界定了人口健康信息相关概念和内涵,对标准现状进行重点评述,针对体制机制障碍、标准研究滞后、应用不够全面和管理不够有效等问题,提出强化机构职能、加快标准研究、推进标准应用及强化标准管理等对策建议。

This paper reviews the research and application of the data standardization of population health information,defines the concept and connotation of population health information,emphatically reviews the current situation of standard,targeting at problems such as institutional barriers,lagging standard research,incomplete application and ineffective management,put forward relevant countermeasures of strengthening the function of the organization,speeding up the research,promoting the application and strengthening the management.
