摘要
文章介绍了国内外预防性养护发展概况和稀浆封层技术的特点,以国道G229预防性养护工程为应用实例,通过对工程实际路面损坏情况调查,计算出原路面破损率DR和损坏状况指数PCI,由PCI值确定该工程预防性养护的选择时机,并根据《微表处和稀浆封层技术指南》和《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》等技术标准对实际工程进行原材料选择、矿料级配合成、混合料最佳沥青用量确定、设计配合比试验验证,得出该工程稀浆封层混合料的设计配合比,总结了稀浆封层技术在普通公路预防性养护应用中的主要施工工艺与质量控制要点。实践表明,稀浆封层技术对原路面有防水、防滑、耐磨耗、填充缝隙、恢复外观等功效,具有施工速度快、封闭交通时间短、常温拌合施工利于环保等特点,能降低路面养护综合成本,提高路面使用寿命,是普通公路进行预防性养护的一种有效方法。
In this paper, the development of preventive maintenance at home and abroad and the characteristics of slurry seal technology are introduced. Based on the highway preventive maintenance engineering project of G229, the original road surface dam- age rate DR and damage status index PCI were calculated through the investigation of the actual road surface damage of the project, then the timing of the project's preventive maintenance was determined from the PCI value. According to the technical standards of "micro table and slurry seal technology guide" and "highway asphalt pavement construction technical specification" and other techni- cal standards, raw material selection, aggregate gradation, mixture optimum asphalt content determination and design mix ratio test were carried out for the actual project, finally it is concluded that the engineering design of slurry seal mixture mixing proportion. At the same time, the main construction technology and quality control points of slurry seal technology in preventive maintenance of highway are summarized. The engineering practice shows that the slurry sealing technology has the advantages of waterproofing, anti- skid, wear-resisting, filling crevice, appearance and so on. It has the characteristics of fast construction speed, short closed traffic time and environment protection, which can reduce the comprehensive cost of pavement maintenance and improve the service life of the pavement. Slurry seal technology is an effective way for preventive maintenance of ordinary highway.
