针刺结合悬吊训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Suspension Exercise Treating Upper Limb Dyskinesia of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:观察针刺结合悬吊训练对脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的疗效。方法:将脑卒中偏瘫患者56例为研究对象,按照随机分组法分为联合组、针刺组,每组各28例。针刺组采用"醒脑开窍"针刺法进行针刺治疗;联合组在针刺治疗的基础上进行偏瘫侧上肢的悬吊训练。治疗结束后观察两组患者治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数、Brunnstrom分期的变化。结果:经过4个疗程的治疗,两组与治疗前比较,两组均可明显改善上肢的运动功能及日常生活能力(P<0.01),且联合组优于针刺组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合悬吊训练对于脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能障碍的疗效优于单纯针刺治疗,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with suspension exercise treating dyskinesia of upper limb after stroke. Methods： 56 hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into the combination group（ n = 28） and the acupuncture group（ n = 28）. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture of Xingnao Kaiqiao manipulation; on which basis,the combination group was also treated with suspension exercise. Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel index,and changes of Brunnstrom stage were observed after treatment in the two groups. Results： After four courses of treatment,mobility of upper limb and activity of daily life were significantly improved in the two groups（ P〈0. 01）; in which the combination group improved more than the acupuncture group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with suspension exercise is better than single acupuncture in treating upper limb dyskinesia of stroke patients with hemiplegia,which is worthy of clinical application.
