火针治疗癌痛的临床应用

Clinical Application of Fire-Needling in Treatment of Cancer Pain

癌痛是癌症最常见的伴发症状,产生的原因复杂多样,且发作时间和发作强度尚未能准确预测。相比之下癌痛的治疗手段却非常单薄,阿片类药物虽然效果尚可,但随着剂量的增大也会伴发棘手的副作用。针对癌痛的治疗现状,本研究从火针入手,通过机理讨论、实施手法、临床验案等方面描述了火针治疗癌痛的临床应用,着重阐述了操作中的步骤及注意事项,希望有益于此治疗方法的进一步推广。

Objective： Cancer pain is the most common symptom of cancer. The causes of cancer pain are complex and varied,and it is difficult to predict the occur time and intensity of the pain. There is less effective treatment methods for cancer pain. Although,opioid is effective,the side effect will bother patients with the dose increase. According to the current treatment of cancer pain,this study introduced fire-needling in treatment of cancer pain from the aspects of mechanism discussion,manipulations implementing,and clinical cases.The operation steps of fire-needling and matters needing attention were also elaborated in this study,which is beneficial to further promotion of this therapy.
