皮内针法治疗失眠规律探析

Regularity of Intradermal Needling in Treatment of Insomnia

失眠是临床常见病、多发病,而皮内针法作为一种操作简便、经济的治疗手段,近年在临床上逐渐开始应用。为了探寻皮内针法治疗失眠的规律,整理了自1982年以来的24篇临床文献。通过对选穴处方、操作方法、应用方式、治疗效果、适应对象的分析,发现既可在耳穴埋针,也可在体穴埋针,在操作上既可单独埋针,也可与体针联用或与其他治疗方法联用。埋针与体针联用临床效果较好,而且治疗对象、病程范围均较广泛。因此,可以认为皮内针法治疗失眠值得在临床上推广应用。

Insomnia is a common and frequently-occurring disease. Intradermal needling,as a simple and economical treatment,was used more in the clinical application in recent years. 24 clinical literatures were sorted out since 1982 to explore the regularity of intradermal needling therapy treating insomnia. By the analysis of point selection,manipulation,application mode,curative effect and suitable objects,it found out that needle-embedding of ear acupoints and needle-embedding of body acupoints were both applied in treatment of insomnia; needle-embedding could be used alone or combined with body acupuncture; needle-embedding could achieve better clinical effect when combined with body acupuncture,which was suitable for wide treatment objects and wide disease category. Therefore,intradermal needling therapy can be promoted in treating insomina.
