从社会矛盾指数研究的角度看北京市公共安全的主要矛盾及特点

On the Main Contradictions and Characteristics of Beijing Public Security from the Perspectives of Social Contradictions Research

公共安全是确保社会安定、社会秩序良好的重要体现,是人民群众安居乐业的重要保障。如何建立安全可靠的公共安全管理体系,切实保障人民群众的生命财产安全是我国长期以来一直探索的关键。本文通过科学指标测量体系的建立,对北京市当前公共安全体系进行调查分析,展现了北京市公共安全体系现状及特点,指出其当前所存在的问题,并给出相应的对策建议,以期对全国公共安全体系的完善,起到一定的借鉴意义。

Public security is an important manifestation of ensuring social stability and social order, and it is also an important guarantee for people to live and work in peace and contentment. How to establish a safe and reliable management system of public security and to ensure the safety of people＇s lives and property is the key to our country＇s long exploration. By establishing a scientific index measurement system, this paper analyzes the current public security system in Beijing, shows the present situation and characteristics of Beijing public security system, points out its existing problems and gives the corresponding countermeasures ＆ suggestions, in order to offer some reference to the improvement of national public security system
