摘要
针对配电网中突出存在的电压暂降与电压不平衡的电压质量问题,以光伏发电系统(photovoltaicgeneration system,PVGS)最大程度提高并网点(point of common coupling,PCC)供电质量为目标,提出配电网不同工况与PVGS不同出力下,有功功率、无功功率优化分配的补偿方案,重点讨论PVGS容量、有功出力、系统容量、线路阻抗、最大电流限制因素对并网点电压的影响,对比分析采用不同电压质量补偿方案,PVGS对配电网电压的改善效果。最后通过仿真和实验,采用正负序dq同步旋转坐标下的有功无功解耦独立控制算法验证所提方法的有效性。
Aiming at voltage quality problems that are prominent in the distribution network,such as voltage sags and voltage imbalances,To achieve the goal of photovoltaic power generation system(PVGS)to maximize the quality of power supply at the point of common coupling(PCC),under different operating conditions of the distribution network and different output of PVGS,the compensation scheme for optimal distribution of active power and reactive power is proposed.The effect of PVGS capacity,active power output,system capacity,line impedance,and maximum current limiting factor on the voltage at the point of common coupling is specially discussed.The different voltage quality compensation schemes effect for using PVGS to improve distribution network voltage are compared and analyzed.Finally,through the simulation and experiment,the active and reactive decoupling independent control algorithm under positive and negative sequence dq synchronous rotation coordinates is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
