基于改进蚁群算法的微电网多目标模糊优化运行 被引量:29

MULTI-OBJECTIVE FUZZY OPTIMIZATION OPERATION OF MICRO-GRID BASED ON IMPROVED ANT COLONY ALGORITHM

摘要 针对微网运行中存在光伏、风电等间歇性分布式电源的情况,建立基于机会约束规划的微电网系统动态经济调度模型,模型具有混合整数规划的结构。同时建立综合考虑微网运行的总成本以及污染气体总排放量的多目标优化运行模型,将减少运行成本、减少污染气体的排放量作为子目标函数,利用模糊处理构造各个目标的隶属度函数,接着采用最大满意度指标法将多目标问题转化为单目标的非线性问题。在求解单目标模型时采用改进蚁群算法,仿真结果验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。 Aiming at the case of intermittent distributed power supply such as photovoltaic and wind power in the operation of the microgrid,the dynamic economic dispatch model of microgrid system based on chance constrained programming is established.The model has the structure of mixed integer programming,at the same time,a multiobjective optimization operation model that comprehensively considers the total cost of microgrid operation and the total amount of pollutant gas emissions is established.Reducing operation cost and the emission of polluting gases is as subobjective function,the membership function of every object is constructed by fuzzy processing,and then the maximum satisfaction index method is used to convert multi-objective problems into single-objective nonlinear problems.The improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the single objective model;the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
