基于三阶段DEA模型的我国区域低碳经济效率研究

A Study on the Efficiency of China's Regional Low Carbon Economy Based on the Three-stage DEA Model

将影响低碳效率的经济环境因素纳入低碳效率评价模型,运用三阶段DEA模型对我国2015年区域低碳效率进行了实证研究。研究表明,东部、中部和西部区域间低碳效率经过经济环境因素调整后,区域间的差距有所缩小;城市化水平、第三产业占经济总量的比例、外资比重等环境因素对各地区的低碳效率具有正影响,而政府的环保支出却对低碳效率影响不显著;综合说明每个区域的经济环境因素对低碳效率存在显著的影响。

The economic and environmental factors affecting the low carbon efficiency are included in the low carbon efficiency evaluation model,and the three-stage DEA is used to perform an empirical study on China＇s regional low carbon efficiency in 2015.The results show that after the adjustment of economic and environmental factors,the regional disparity of low carbon efficiency among the eastern,central and western regions has narrowed.The level of urbanization,the proportion of tertiary industry in the total economy,the proportion of foreign capital and other environmental factors have a positive impact on low carbon efficiency in various regions,while the government＇s environmental protection expenditure has no significant impact on low carbon efficiency,which shows that each region＇s economic and environmental factors have a significant impact on low carbon efficiency.
