老年教育与相关产业的深度联动可以同步促进两者的发展,是发展老年教育的重要途径之一。马鞍山市老年教育尚处在萌牙发展期,与相关产业联动发展不足。促进马鞍山老年教育与相关产业联动发展,应整合文化教育科技资源服务老年教育;借鉴相关产业发展经验,创新老年教育发展机制;紧密结合马鞍山特色产业资源,深度促进其与老年教育协同发展。

Deep linkage between old age education and related industries can promote the development of both,and is one of the important ways to develop old age education.The old age education in Ma＇anshan is still in the development stage of eruption,and it lacks of joint development with related industries.To promote the joint development of Old Age Education and related industries in Ma＇anshan,cultural,educational scientific and technological resources should be integrated to serve old age education;lessons should be drawn from relevant industrial development experience;the development mechanism of old age education should be innovated;the characteristic industrial resources of Ma＇anshan should be closely combined to further promote its coordinated development with old age education.
