马鞍山市生态文明建设示范市创建具有良好的基础和条件。马鞍山市目前存在的生态环境问题主要是不合理的经济发展方式造成的。马鞍山市建设生态文明示范市目前要做好发展钢铁产业集群循环经济、建立多种形式的生态工业园区、建设矿区生态区、发展生态农业等工作,建立起生态经济的发展模式;同时,加强政府引导和环境管理,开展全民环境宣传教育,提高公众有效参与环境保护的能力,以在全社会建立新的循环经济伦理体系。

The construction of Ma＇anshan ecological civilized city has favorable infrastructures and conditions.The existing problems of ecological environment at present stem from unreasonable economic development mode.What Ma＇anshan should do at present in building an ecological civilized city is to develop iron and steel cluster recycling economy,establish various Eco-industrial park,build mining ecological zone,develop ecological agriculture,and construct Eco-economic development mode;in the meantime,strengthen government guidance and environment governance,carry out publicity education,and promote people＇s effective participation in environment protection to establish new recycling economic ethics system in the whole society.
