A Study on Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval of University Library Based on User Experience

通过用户体验视角下科技查新特点以及科技查新用户体验内涵的分析,对高校图书馆科技查新用户体验的提升策略进行探讨,提出以提升科技查新质量为基础,创新服务模式,通过高校图书馆的自我提升和品牌打造,实现科技查新向深度化和多元化的方向发展,以期为用户提供更为人性化、个性化和专业化的科技查新服务。

Through the analysis of characteristics of sci-tech novelty retrieval under the perspective of user experience and of the connotation of user experience,this paper probes into strategy for improvement of university library sci-tech novelty retrieval user experience and proposes an innovative service model based on the improvement of sci-tech novelty retrieval quality.This paper also proposes that the development of sci-tech novelty retrieval should be deepened and diversified through self-improvement and brand making of university library,so as to provide users with more humanized,personalized and specialized sci-tech novelty retrieval service.
