摘要 为提升载人航天运载火箭电气系统实时数据吞吐率与系统测试效率,提出了一种基于EPA总线的电气系统数据传输方案。首先制定了载人航天运载火箭电气系统总体方案,接着对基于EPA协议的总线拓扑结构进行了分析与优化,然后在明确了信息传输与处理冗余模式的基础上,构建了符合载人航天运载火箭应用要求的箭地一体化通信体制,并对该总线体制下的数据流量进行了规划,最后针对该总线网络进行了系统传输性能理论计算。计算结果表明,在保证实时性、安全性等指标的基础上,相比传统电气系统总线体制,数据吞吐率有了明显的提升。 A data transfer method for electrical system of manned launch vehicle based on EPA bus was proposed to improve the real-time throughput rate and the test efficiency. First, the overall scheme of the electrical system for manned launch vehicle was established. Then, the bus topology based on EPA protocol was analyzed and optimized. The communication and the redundant process mode were discussed so as to build an integrated communication system for the manned launch vehi-cle. In addition, the data flow for the bus system was planned. At last, the theoretical calculation was carried out and high efficiency was validated by the results.
