摘要
目的调查护理本科实习生自主学习能力影响因素及品管圈活动开展情况。方法采用便利抽样法,选取护理学院2014级70名护理实习生为研究对象,运用一般情况调查表、自设问卷调查表进行调查。结果发放问卷70份,有效问卷62份。影响自主学习能力的个人因素中,90.32%的学生自我控制力差;影响自主学习能力的家庭因素中,75.81%的学生认为父母不够重视;实习带教因素中,74.19%的学生认为科室安排实习生学习频率低。79.03%的学生对品管圈不了解,87.10%的学生通过QQ、微信等网络平台获取品管圈信息。结论学校及医院管理者应大力宣传品管圈,引导学生掌握分析、讨论、寻求解决问题的方法,发挥学生的主体作用,激发其学习专业课的兴趣和积极性。
Objective To investigate the influential factors of self-learning ability and implantation of quality control circle( QCC) activity among undergraduate nursing students. Methods A questionnaire-based survey w as conducted among 70 undergraduate nursing students selected by convenience sampling method. Results Totally 62 valid questionnaires w ere collected for further analysis. The findings show ed that 90. 32% students considered the poor self-control as the main personal factor influencing the self-learning ability,75. 81% students thought lacking of attention from parents as the main family factor,and 74. 19% believed low frequency of internship arrangement as the main practical factor. There w ere 79. 03% students unfamiliar w ith the QCC activity,and 87.10% of them acquired QCC know ledge form internet. Conclusion School and hospital administrators should make great efforts to promote the implementation of the QCC activity,establish an problem-solving environment for students,and to stimulate their interest and enthusiasm in learning professional courses.
