炔雌醇环丙孕酮与不同药物联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果分析

Efficacy of ethylestradiol cycloprogestrel and different drugs in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮与不同药物治疗多囊卵巢综合征的治疗效果。方法:选择83例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,随机将83例患者分成对照组41例与观察组42例。对照组应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组应用炔雌醇环丙酮联合吡格列酮治疗。对比两组自发排卵率、妊娠成功率及各项指标变化情况。结果:两组自发排卵率、妊娠成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组体质量指数(BMI)明显低于观察组,观察组HDL-C水平明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮与不同药物联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效相近,其中联合二甲双胍治疗能降低BMI水平,联合吡格列酮治疗能改善患者的HDL-C水平,具体联合哪种药物治疗要根据患者情况选择。

Objective To analyze the effect of Cyproterone acetate and different drugs for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Method Eighty-three patients with PCOS were selected as research object. Eighty-three patients were divided into control group（ n = 41） and observation group（ n = 42）. The control group was combined with ethrenyl estradiol cyproterone acetate. Metformin treatment was used in the observation group with ethinylestradiol and pioglitazone. The spontaneous ovulation rate,pregnancy success rate and various indicators were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in spontaneous ovulation rate and pregnancy success rate between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Body mass index（ BMI） in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group. HDL-C levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone has similar efficacy in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. The specific combination of which medication should be based on the patient＇s condition.
