甲状腺乳头状癌中基因突变的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 甲状腺癌是内分泌系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,为近年来发病率上升较快的恶性肿瘤之一,约占人类所有恶性肿瘤的1%～2%,且主要为甲状腺乳头状癌（Papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC）。基因突变在甲状腺乳头状癌中的临床意义越来越受到关注。近年来研究发现,PTC是多基因、多因素影响的疾病,细胞生长、分化的刺激因素和基因突变因素共同作用于甲状腺细胞,促使甲状腺正常细胞转变为肿瘤细胞.
