血浆BNP检测在儿童川崎病诊断中的价值

Diagnostic value of brain natriuretic peptide in children with Kawasaki disease

目的：观察血浆脑利钠肽（brainnatriureticpeptide，BNP）在儿重川崎病（Kawasakidisease，KD）中的变化及探讨其诊断价值。方法：测定48例川崎病患儿及40例健康儿童血浆BNP以及C反应蛋白（CRP）、血沉（ESR）水平及左右冠脉内径。运用独立样本c检验、Pearson相关分析等统计学方法对数据进行分析。结果：KD组患儿血浆BNP、CRP、ESR显著高于正常对照组；BNP水平与CRP、ESR显著正相关。结论：川崎病患儿血浆BNP水平显著升高，且与急性期炎症相关，有望成为儿童川崎病诊断的特异性生物标志物。

Objective： To observe the changes of brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） in children with Kawasaki disease （KD） and explore its diagnostic value. Methods： 48 children with KD and 40 matched controls were enrolled in the study. The plasma level of BNP, C-reactive protein （CRP） , erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and the internal diameters of the left and fight coronary arteries of all subjects were measured. Independent sample t-test and Pearson correlation were applied to analyze the data. Results： Compared with the controls, children with KD had significantly higher plasma level ofBNP, CRP and ESR; and plasma BNP was positively correlated with CRP and ESR. Conclusion： The plasma BNP level of children with KD was significantly elevated, and it was associated with acute stage inflammation, suggesting that BNP may serve as a biomarker for the diagnosis of children KD.
