摘要
目的:比较实时荧光核酸恒温扩增技术(SAT)和尿液快速检测法在淋球菌检测中的诊断价值,以选择更为准确、快速、实用的临床检测方法。方法:采集本院就诊的不孕不育对象200例,每例分别进行SAT法和尿液快速检测法检测,每例另取1份分泌物拭子标本做分离培养金标准对照用。结果:SAT法阳性率为22%,快速法阳性率为26%,其中疑似标本SAT法与快速法阳性率分别为39%、44%,无症状标本SAT法与快速法阳性率分别为5%、8%。SAT法的敏感性和特异性分别为100%、97.5%,尿液快速法的敏感性和特异性分别为100%、92.5%,SAT法与尿液快速法的敏感性均较好,SAT法的特异性高于尿液快速法。结论:淋球菌在不孕不育人群中隐性感染不容忽视,加强就诊对象NG的筛查、诊治和预防,确保优生优育。SAT技术精准、特异,具有较高的临床实用性,是适合实验室诊断的检测方法。
Objective: To compare the diagnostic value of neisseria gonorrhoeae between real-time fluorescence nucleic acid thermostatic expansion technology (SAT) and rapid urine test ,and to select the more accurate, rapid and practical method for clinical testing. Methods: 200 infertile patients were collected from our hospital. Each case was examined by SAT and rapid urine test, and each secretion swabs was used for the separation and culture as gold standard. Results: The positive rate of SAT method was 22%, The positive rate of rapid urine test was 26%. For suspected specimen, the positive rates of SAT and rapid urine method were 39% and 44% respectively. For asymptomatic specimens, the positive rates of SAT method and rapid urine method were 5%, 8% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of SAT method were 100%, 97.5% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of rapid urine method were 100%, 92.5%. SAT and rapid urine method have good sensitivity and the specificity of the SAT is higher than the rapid urine method. Conclusion: Neisseria gonorrhoeae recessive infection should not be ignored in infertility population. The screening, diagnosis ,treatment, and prevention of NG should be strengthened to ensure the stirpiculture. SAT technique is accurate, specific and has high clinical practicability. It is a suitable method for laboratory diagnosis.
