摘要 瞬时受体电位M2型(TRPM2)属于TRP超家族中TRPM亚家族的一员,是位于细胞膜上的一类重要的非选择性阳离子通道。该通道在脑中高度表达,在介导细胞对多种刺激的反应中起到重要作用,并通过调节氧化应激、炎症、胰岛素的分泌与释放等过程参与多种疾病。越来越多的证据表明TRPM2从不同途径影响中枢神经系统疾病的发生发展,但详细机制尚不明确。研究TRPM2通道与中枢神经系统疾病之间的关系,有助于为疾病的预防和治疗提供新的思路和方法。 The transient receptor potential melastatin 2(TRPM2),which is known as an important non selective cation channel, belongs to the TRPM subfamily of the TRP superfamily and locates on the cell membrane. This channel is highly ex pressed in the brain and plays an important role in mediating the response of cells to various stimuli,and participates in various dis eases by regulating oxidative stress, inflammation, insulin secretion and release. There is increasing evidence that TRPM2 affects the development of central nervous system diseases from different pathways, but detailed mechanisms are still unclear. Studying the relationship between TRPM2 channel and central nervous system diseases can help provide new ideas and methods for disease prevention and treatment.
