α?硫辛酸治疗老年2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的效果观察

Clinical effect of alpha lipoic acid in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨α?硫辛酸治疗老年2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法抽取老年2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者中92例,随机抽签分组,对照组(n=46)采取维生素C静滴,研究组(n=46)加用α?硫辛酸静滴,对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能变化、住院时间及医疗费用。结果治疗组有效率93.5%,治疗后NIHSS评分(8.1±0.8)分,住院时间(22.5±5.9)d,医疗费用(7 541.5±948.2)元;对照组有效率69.6%,治疗后NIHSS评分(12.3±4.5)分,住院时间(26.8±7.1)d,医疗费用(8 681.6±995.7)元;2组指标对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论α?硫辛酸治疗老年2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的临床效果确切,可有效改善其神经功能,并促使其早期康复,减轻医疗负担。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alpha lipoic acid in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes with acute cere bral infarction. Methods 92 aged patients with type 2 diabetes and acute cerebral infarction were enrolled and divided into two groups：con trol group （n=46） received vitamin C infusion,and study group （n=46） was treated with alpha lipoic acid. Clinical efficacy,neurological changes,hospitalization time and medical expenses in the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 93.5 % after treatment, NIHSS score was 8. 1± 0. 8, hospitalization time was （22.5 ± 5.9）d, medical expenses was （7 541.5 ± 948. 2） yuan;The effective rate of the control group was 69.6% after treatment, the NIHSS score was 12.3 ±4.5, hospitalization time was （26.8±7.1）d, Medical expenses was（8 681.6 ± 995.7）yuan. The differences within the two groups were statistically significant （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Alpha lipoic acid is effective in treating elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and acute cerebral infarction. It can effectively improve neurological function,promote early rehabilitation and relieve medical burden.
