摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤出现脑转移后外科治疗的时机与方法。方法选取2013-05—2017-06安阳市肿瘤医院术前存在神经症状的34例恶性肿瘤合并脑转移患者,采用外科切除脑转移灶后行综合治疗观察近、远期疗效。结果本组患者通过外科治疗后术前神经症状均明显改善,均未发生严重并发症。术后均采取综合治疗,最短生存期为4个月,最长3年9个月,中位生存期23个月。结论恶性肿瘤出现脑转移虽属肿瘤临床Ⅳ期,但对于肿瘤负荷较小,进展较慢的病例,利用外科优势,谨慎选择手术治疗,可有效延长患者生存期,改善其生活质量,使晚期恶性肿瘤患者受益。
Objective To discuss the timing and method of surgical treatment of brain metastasis. Methods 34 cases of brain metastasis patients treated with resection in our hospital from May 2013 to Jun 2017 were included,the short and long term outcomes were observed. Results Patients＇ neurological symptoms after surgical treatment of the patients were significantly im proved, and no serious treatment related complications occurred. The shortest survival was 4 months, the longest survival was 45 months,and the median survival time was 23 months. Conclusion Brain metastasis neoplasm is clarified as clinical stage IV,how ever,for patients with lower tumor burden and slow progression,highly selected patients could benefited from surgical treatment
